For golfers, the mind-body connection is one of the most important factors to compete at a high level. The movement of a golf swing requires great flexibility and full extension of most of the major muscle groups. With that in mind, the Phoenix Salon & Spa now offers a massage catered to golfers. Massage tones muscles and increases overall flexibility by increasing blood flow to the muscles, ligaments and tendons. In turn, this allows the joints to experience a smooth, full range of movement.
